Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it, unworn,  with tags, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bemomo@bemomoshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES and ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REPAIRS: We are happy to repair damaged products. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to bemomoshop@gmail.com to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.

Items eligible for repair DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the finish is fading.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping items back for repair. BE MOMO shall not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: We do not accept returns past the 7-day return window. We do not accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchanges.

REFUNDS: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

RESTOCKING FEE: All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 20% of the invoice, which will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

PROCESSING TIME: 1-2 weeks
